Subscription Box Information

Please take note that there will be a $10.95 (AUD) re-postage fee if the following applies:

  • The address has been entered incorrectly.
  • The address was not updated before our shipment list was collected.
  • The Bath Bomb Club Box parcel was not picked up from your local post office after an attempted delivery.

We recommend that the delivery address that you use is where you will most likely be during business hours. Your account details including your shipping address can be changed at any time by logging into your account via

  • Go to the 'My Account' tab
  • Scroll down to the address field and hit 'Manage Address'
  • Pick the billing or shipping address that you want to change and hit 'Edit'
  • Change your address and hit the 'Save Profile button

Currently, the Bath Bomb Club is only available in Australia.


Once your Bath Bomb Club Box order has left, our dispatch team will send you a tracking email so you can track your order right to your door!


On the rare occasion that your item arrives damaged, or a product is missing, please send an email to our Customer Care Team at and they will happily assist you. Kindly take note that we are only able to process requests for replacements within 7 days of you receiving your box.


Currently, we accept credit/debit cards and Paypal payments. For Paypal, you will be directed to your PayPal account to confirm your membership with Zabe Designs.

If you need to change your payment method, this can be done within your account on the Zabel Designs website.

  • Log in on
  • Go to the 'Subscriptions' tab
  • Click the gear icon next to your subscription status and select 'Update Payment'
  • Change your payment details and click 'Update Payment'


Does the Bath Bomb Club Box have an Age Rating? No, all the products we feature in our boxes are suitable for younger friends.


Monthly memberships may be canceled or paused at any time. All membership cancellation requests can be completed via your Zabel Designs account or by emailing our Customer Care Team at

Need help canceling or pausing your account? We would love to have you as part of our Bath Bomb Club community, but we totally understand if Zabel Designs is not for you right now or if you need a little break.


To cancel your Bath Bomb Club subscription:

  1. Login to > Enter username and password
  2. Click on Subscription > Settings icon > Cancel

Please note: If you submit your cancellation or pause request within the last TWO days of the calendar month, the cancelation or pause request will not be processed until the next month.

For example, if you pause or cancel on the 30th of March 2020, the request will be submitted in our system and you will be charged for April 2020 and you will receive April 2020 but no boxes after that.


You don't have to do anything but run a bath & enjoy your gift.
