Click & Collect allows you to shop online at your convenience, then collect your order from Swansea for no additional charge. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. You just need to confirm the time & date of collection.
Why should I use Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is the perfect last minute shopping option, allowing you the convenience of shopping online, without having to pay shipping costs, and you can collect in store within 4 trading hours most times.
*If you can’t come in straight away, Click & Collect orders will be held for up to 21 days. Reminders will be sent at 7, 14 & 21 days. if items are not collected by the 30th day. Stock is returned to inventory & you will forfeit your purchase.
Where is Click & Collect available?
Click & Collect is available at our Swansea, NSW store.
Collection hours: 10am to 2pm Tuesday to Friday. Appointment outside these hours.
Is there a charge for Click & Collect?
Click and Collect is a complimentary service offered by select location. All you will have to pay is the total price of the products that you purchase at the time of check out. Selecting PICK UP to void all delivery charges.
What forms of payments do we accept for Click & Collect?
We accept Afterpay, Zabel Designs Gift Cards, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal, for Click & Collect orders.
Are all items available from my selected Click & Collect store?
We are offering what is available online. Sorry if your after something that isn't listed contact customer service online support.
Can I order gift cards when ordering via Click & Collect?
You sure can. We also offer digital gift cards , this way you don't have to pick up. It just gets sent to you via email.
Will I be able to collect my Zabel Rewards points when ordering via Click & Collect?
Yes. Just login into your account.
Can I redeem my Zabel rewards when purchasing via Click & Collect?
Will I be able to purchase products on ‘buy and receive’ promotions?
Yes. Click n Collect offers the same deals as online promotions.
When will my order be ready for collection?
We want to get you your order as quickly as possible, so generally your order will be ready within 4 trading hours. We will send you a collection email when your order is ready.

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
You will receive an order confirmation email advising that your order is ready for collection. And the collection address & details. You just need to confirm a time & date of collection.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
We will send to the information/process for our current Click & Collect. You can notify one of our friendly team members via text/email that you would like to pick up your Click & Collect order. You simply come in to our collection point at Swansea and collect your order. Just press the doorbell & we will bring your order out to you.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
When you head in-store to collect you order, make sure you bring along:
- Order name & number
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
The person who made the purchase will need to send though an email requesting a different person pick up items.
Can I change or cancel my Click & Collect order?
Once the order has been processed online you have confirmed that you are purchasing these item(s). If you are unable to collect your goodies you are more then welcome to contact us & pay for postage.
I’ve collected my order, however the product was faulty/incorrect. Can I return or exchange my item(s)?
Yes absolutely. If the item is incorrect or faulty, we’ll happily investigate this for you and an outcome will be determined based on each case. We don't pack order into your bag until you pick it up so we can double check together.

I’ve placed my order, however I have been contacted as an item in my order has been cancelled. Why is this?
On occasion an item instore may be damaged, missing or at peak times the item may have just sold out in store. We will only find out when we pick your order. Although this does not happen often, on the occasion that it does, you will receive a cancellation email advising you what has changed from your original order, and you will be refunded for the item(s) we weren’t able to provide.
We apologies if this happens.
How long will my order by kept for?
We contact you and remind you that your order is ready to be collected every 7 to 10 days for 4 weeks. We will offer that your order can be shipped if you prefer at your expense.
Failure to collect within 4 weeks we will cancel your order.
Uncollected orders will be cancelled. We do not refund for no collection or change of mind.
