What is the wait time for an order?
This depends entirely on the period & the extent of work required for the order. For custom orders, a date will be decided on during quoting. Most items are already made/in stock ready for dispatch.
What happens if my order gets damaged or lost?
If your parcel then gets Lost, Damaged or Stolen in transit you can simply contact us via email. If you choose not to select transit cover, your parcel is not covered with any insurance and Zabel Designs will not be held liable or compensate the buyer for any Lost, Damaged or Stolen parcels.
** If the parcel is damage. Photo's of the damaged box & items need to be sent to our email hello@zabeldesigns.com with your name & order number. This needs to be completed with 48 hours of your receiving your parcel.
